Teaching Assistant job summary
The role will involve supporting students in a classroom environment, social time and additional small group or one to one work.
The post is required to support the inclusive vision and ethos of the Academy by providing support to groups or individual students as required by the Director of Inclusion.
The job is offered at minimum 3 days per week (Wed-Fri) or 5 days per week.
Applicants will be outstanding practitioners in their current role.

Have a high standard of education
GCSE (or equivalent) 4 or above in English and maths.
Be familiar with and uphold safeguarding policies and willing to assist with medical and first aid requirements of the students.
