What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to work in the primary phase of the campus to provide 1:1 and small group student support. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and creative practitioner, who can motivate our pupils. If you hold these qualities and believe you can help to transform lives, we would love to hear from you.
The post is temporary, linked to maternity cover. Contract estimated to end October 2026.

- Several bus routes serve Cranbrook, provided by Stagecoach South West (and earlier services) — e.g. route 4, 4A, and 4B.
- The 4 / 4A link Cranbrook with Exeter, other nearby towns such as Ottery St Mary, Honiton.
🚗 Road & Cycling / Car
- Cranbrook lies near major roads: it’s roughly 2 km east of the M5 motorway, and north of the A30 road.
- There is a dedicated cycle / pedestrian link into Exeter via a bridge over the M5 (the Redhayes Bridge), which helps for cycling or walking commutes.
