- Have at least grade C in GCSE English or equivalent;
- Have a passion for supporting children and their development;
- Are confident, resilient and have excellent communication skills;
- Are good at building relationships and are a team player;
- Are organised and enthusiastic;
- Have experience of working with children in a school environment; (desirable but not essential).

Clarendon
Academy is seeking to appoint a caring and dedicated Intervention Teaching
Assistant to support students in the reading intervention in the Learning Hub. The rewarding role involves working with
students, leading daily group reading. You will be delivering a reading
programme to help learners make literacy progress and will be able to make a
real difference to our learners school lives. You will be working in the
Learning Hub, alongside a dedicated team of other intervention teaching
assistants and the wider SEND team.
