What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our friendly Reception team. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to provide high-quality support and ensure a positive and engaging learning environment for our youngest learners.
We are looking for:
- Relevant experience working with children, ideally in an Early Years setting.
- A caring and nurturing attitude, with a passion for supporting young children.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively.
- Flexibility and creativity in supporting children’s learning in a fun, interactive way.
