Salary: NJC 5-7, £19,694 - £20,802 (actual), £23,500 - £24,294 (pro rata salary) + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits

Hours: 37 per week , 39 weeks per year (Term time + inset days)

We're looking for a dedicated teaching assistant to join our supportive team at Firth Park Academy, in Sheffield.

You're someone who'll be able to:

* Support and adapt learning for pupils in any phase.
* Be robust, resilient and take pride in helping students who can sometimes find school life challenging.
* Be flexible, positive and compassionate.
* Level 2 or 3 qualified in a relevant subject would be advantageous but not essential.

You're someone who has:

* Have experience of working with young people.
* Level 2 functional skills Maths and English or GCSE grade C/ 4 and above.
* Passion and enthusiasm for working with young people.
* Training in/ or willing to complete training to administer personal care to SEN students with educational health care plan.
