Teaching Assistant (SEN) Level 1 job summary
Contract Details
14.25 hours per week, 38 weeks per year - working pattern will consist of 2x days 9:15 - 1:45 (actual hours in classroom supporting 9:15am - 12pm and then 1:15pm - 1:45pm), and 3x days 9:15am - 12:00pm

As such, we are seeking a caring and committed Teaching Assistant who can inspire, motivate and support our children on a 1:1 basis in Key Stage 2.
Our ideal candidate will be someone who:
- Has a good knowledge of SEN Provision
- Is confident, resilient, and dedicated
- Has previous experience of working with and supporting children of relevant age in a school environment.
- Has good communication skills and a willingness to work constructively as part of a supportive team.
- Has good Literacy and Numeracy skills.
- Has the ability to build successful working relationships with both children, staff and parents.
- Has a personal commitment to on-going professional development.
