The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Teaching Assistant (SEN) to join our dedicated team at Waterside Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our pupils, with a particular focus on supporting a child to integrate back into the classroom and build their independence.

Initially, you will work one-to-one with a child, using your expertise and compassion to help them feel settled, engaged, and empowered in their learning. Over time, the role is likely to evolve into a more general teaching assistant position, where you will have the opportunity to support children and teachers across the school.
