What skills and experience we're looking for

We require someone who is committed to inclusion and who wants to make a positive difference. Someone who has previous experience working with children with SEND, particularly in communication and SEMH. Demonstrates empathy, patience and excellent communication skills. Can manage challenging behaviours in a calm, proactive and supportive manner. Works well as part of a team and is committed to ongoing professional development
