Teaching Assistant (SEND Support) job summary
Hertford Heath Primary and Nursery School is a wonderful village school where staff are passionate about providing the very best outcomes for all children. We are seeking to appoint a nurturing and supportive Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 SEN support to children who require additional help to thrive in their learning environment.
This is a rewarding role where you will make a genuine difference every day in a school that values kindness, teamwork, and child-centred practice. We are looking for someone who is reliable, energetic, and fully committed to children’s learning. You will be able to demonstrate initiative, behaviour management skills, and a flexible, positive approach to your work. We welcome applications from candidates who will contribute to the support of our SEND pupils.
