Are you an enthusiastic, motivated Teaching Assistant who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in students’ lives?

We are looking to appoint a dedicated and committed individual to join our welcoming and experienced Learning Support team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students in reaching their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive school environment.

Working closely with Class Teachers, you will play a key role in supporting pupil progress and attainment. The role includes a combination of in-class support and targeted one-to-one interventions for students with a wide range of learning, medical, and behavioural needs.

Key Responsibilities

Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons

Provide one-to-one and small group support to students

Assist with targeted intervention programmes to raise attainment

Promote positive behaviour and an inclusive learning environment

Support students with diverse learning, social and emotional needs

Contribute to the overall wellbeing and development of pupils

Essential

Experience supporting students to achieve positive learning outcomes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Desirable

Strength in literacy and/or numeracy support

Experience delivering targeted interventions

Knowledge of speech and language development or social skills support
