What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Support pupils individually or in small groups to engage with learning activities
  • Assist with behaviour management, routines, and transitions to promote a positive and safe learning environment
  • Help implement Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets under the guidance of teaching staff
  • Observe and report on pupil progress and wellbeing, providing regular feedback to teachers and the SENCO
  • Support inclusion by encouraging participation in both curricular and extracurricular activities
  • Assist with supervision during playtimes and lunchtimes, promoting social skills and positive interactions
  • Contribute to maintaining a stimulating, safe, and well-organised learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support pupil development

You will work within a supportive leadership team committed to school improvement, where your contribution will be valued and your professional growth encouraged.
