What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an individual who ensures students’ equal access to learning and development, assist teaching staff (and other professionals as appropriate) in the planning of support and behaviour programmes for individual and groups of students. Most of all, an individual who facilitates participation and learning, helping to build confidence and self-esteem, so that all students, including those who present challenging behaviour, are enabled to reach their full potential alongside their peers.

Further details about the role
The working hours are from 08:30AM AND 3:30PM Monday to Friday during the school term. You will also be paid for an extra 5 days per year per year, which enables you to attend team meetings, training and development that sits outside your normal working hours. Your actual salary is £17,050.02 per annum, and this is paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month.
