Teaching Assistant (Special Educational Needs) job summary

Ashmole Academy Trust was formed in 2015 building upon the success of Ashmole Academy and its tradition of outstanding school performance. The trust currently consists of a primary and secondary school. Required as soon as possible, a Senior Learning Mentor to work with senior staff providing pastoral support for pupils in a key stage and/or in our Individual Learning Room. Work will include working with pupils who may have behavioural difficulties, helping to improve attendance, close liaison with parents/carers and general help to raise pupil motivation and success at school. The post will include cover supervision as well as some general clerical and administrative tasks.
