What skills and experience we're looking for

The Headteacher and governors of Hallfield Primary School are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant for KS1 Specialist Resourced Provision (6 – 7 year olds).

You will play a key role in supporting the teaching and learning needs of our specialist provision, assisting a small group of Year 1 and Year 2 children with Autism or on a pathway to receiving a diagnosis of Autism. You will be able to demonstrate that you can engage and inspire pupils, set high expectations and have the ability and drive to raise standards.

To be a successful candidate you will be a skilled, passionate and enthusiastic professional who will enhance our commitment to achieving positive outcomes and wellbeing for our children, willing to work as part of an effective team and confident to embrace changes.
