Teaching Assistant job summary

The governors of St. Joseph’s wish to appoint a patient, positive and enthusiastic person to support the school. This post will involve the person appointed working to support class teachers to ensure high quality and tailored teaching for our pupils.

This is a temporary position until the end of the academic year 2027, with the potential to extend further.

The school intends to carry out an online search on shortlisted candidates as part of its due diligence. Any concerns which arise may be discussed at, or prior to the interview stage.

Closing date: Thursday 2nd July 2026 at noon.

Interviews week commencing Monday 6th July 2026.
