  • Teaching assistant
• Visa sponsorship: Visas cannot be sponsored
• Key stage: Key stage 1, Key stage 2
• Working pattern: Part time (Can be done as a job share): The hours for this post will be Monday - Friday 8.40am - 3.20pm, working term time only but with an opportunity for holiday club work if the candidate required.
• Contract type: Fixed term - Until August 2027
• Pay scale: NJC Scale B2 (SCP 6-7)

What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will:

- Have either NVQ 2 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent level of experience of operating in a classroom environment.

- Have experience of providing close support to children in a primary setting.

- Be able to work effectively with others to deliver high quality practice as part of the classroom and wider school team.

- Have excellent communication, inter-personal and organisational skills.

- Have a creative outlook and flexible approach.
