What skills and experience we're looking for

The ideal candidate will be someone who has demonstrable experience insupporting children within a collaborative team environment.

We are lookingfor someone with specific skills in Early Years education and/or using tailoreddigital resources, such as educational apps or online learning platforms, tosupport learning. Suitability for this role can be demonstrated through holdinga relevant NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification related to working with children, auniversity degree, or by demonstrating clear aspirations to become a teacher.

This post is particularly well-suited for individuals wishing to gain practicalclassroom experience prior to commencing a PGCE, such as through the 'Teach Wimbledon' program, offering valuable opportunities to work alongsidequalified teachers.
