What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking someone who is willing to be flexible and work part of a team.
The ideal candidate will:
- has experience of working in the infants;
- has knowledge of West Berkshire interventions or a willingness to learn;
- have experience of working within a team;
- love nature, being outdoors and able to be energetic and active throughout the school day;
- be able to inspire and motivate children to learn.
