Teaching Assistant - Subject Specialist: Maths & Numeracy job summary
We are seeking to recruit a motivated and ambitious Subject Specialist Teaching Assistant of Special Educational Needs, specialising in Math & Numeracy, working along side our existing specialists in English and Science. department here at Beaumont School.
You will be working as part of our SEND team that supports the need of our SEND students who have moderate to severe learning difficulties including those with an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP). The successful candidate will also work with KS4 low ability students, and have teaching qualifications linked to their specialism.
Combining subject knowledge with an expertise in particular areas of need (such as ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, SEMH and SLCN) is essential.
