Teaching Assistant job summary

Term-time only + Training Days. 32.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday, (8:15-4 Monday, 8:15-3:15 Tuesday -Thursday & 8:15-2:45, Friday)

We are seeking an inspiring and committed Teaching Assistant to join our school community. In this role, you will provide pupil-focused support, working closely with teachers to enhance learning and promote inclusive practice for all students. You will act as a behaviour and wellbeing champion, fostering a positive, supportive, and empowering environment where every child can thrive.

The ideal candidate is flexible, proactive, and an excellent communicator, able to respond to individual needs and build strong, collaborative relationships with students, staff, and parents.
