Our excellent academic results affirm the dedication and hard work of our children and staff, and the support of our parents and families; this success puts our children in prime positions in an increasingly competitive world. We know, however, that learning is about more than this; we are determined to support our students in Thames Ditton - it is resilience and strength of character; the development of this in school, alongside a curiosity and zest for learning, and the embedding of growth mindsets that ensures our children can flourish, progressing confidently to the next stages of their academic, working or personal journeys. I Our children are at the heart of all we do here. Our values are important to us. We all strive to develop these values: determination, honesty, respect, kindness, co-operation, responsibility and belonging in order that our children leave us equipped ready for their future.
