The Damara School is a specialist SEMH school located in the centre of the historic town of Thetford that caters for 32 children aged 5 – 16. Hours of work, 08:15 -15:45 which includes a paid 30-minute break per day.
We are looking for motivated individuals to
- work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils
- promote pupils’ independence, self-esteem and social inclusion
- give support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement
- meet the professional standards as set out in the Staff Code of Conduct
We need someone who:

- is funny and can understand our thoughts
- helps us learn and challenges us to do better
