Teaching Assistant - The Keystone Academy, Shrewsbury job summary


We are seeking a highly inspirational Teaching Assistant who can work collaboratively with the class
teacher in order to support outstanding lessons and support children and young people with a
variety of learning needs, stretching them to achieve their very best possible outcomes. The staff
at Keystone Academy will understand and know how to adapt their curriculum for learners with
neurodivergent needs, including but not limited to, Autism, ADHD and speech, language and
communication difficulties. They will understand the importance of nurture and trauma-informed
approaches to support the development of social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs and
how to incorporate this into daily school life.
