• Working pattern: Part time: 28.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.45-3.15 with 45 minutes lunch break. Term time only plus 5 INSET Days.
• Contract type: Fixed term - January to July 2026
• Full-time equivalent salary: £25,185
• Pay scale: Grade 3 Point 4

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to recruit a kind and nurturing person with some experience of working with KS2 children with SEND to join our fabulous team.

We are looking for someone who;

* Has some experience of working with children with special educational needs.

*Has excellent communication skills

*Is kind and nurturing and understanding of the needs of children with additional needs

* Has a sense of humour, is approachable and sensitive to the needs of others

* Committed to the needs of the child, parents and other stakeholders

* Is flexible and adaptable to change

*Acts with pace and urgency by being energetic, enthusiastic and decisive

*Is resilient and understanding of children with special educational needs
