What skills and experience we're looking for
Sparken Hill Academy are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant (Grade 3) to assist a year 6 pupil with SAT preparation on a 1:1 basis.
- An individual with patience and a calm manner is essential.
- Knowledge of working in a 1-1 capacity previously would be beneficial (but not essential as full training will be provided).
- Ability to relay instructions in a clear and concise manner.
- Behaviour Management skills based on a relational approach.
- Flexible in approach to best meet need
Qualifications
GCSE Maths and English grade 4-9 (A-C) or equivalent
TA3 qualification or equivalent or relevant experience
