What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who:

• Is experienced in using Makaton and implementing effective use of this throughout school

• Experience implementing strategies for communication interaction throughout all year groups

• Has experience of the SALT referral processes

• To be able to build effective relationships with parents and external agencies

Whilst the above criteria is preferable, training can be provided for the right candidate
