What skills and experience we're looking for

This role will be to work in Nursery in the first instance, however the successful candidate may be required to work in KS1 or KS2 depending on the needs of the school in the future.

The successful candidate will:

  • Put children at the heart of everything they do
  • Have high expectations
  • Have significant knowledge and experience of working with Primary aged children
  • Have experience of working closely with parents
  • Have a positive impact on the progress and attainment of children
  • Have good interpersonal skills and make a positive contribution to the school team
