  • Experience working with children of a relevant age group in an educational or childcare setting.
  • Minimum of GCSEs (grades 9 to 4 / A* to C) in English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
  • Patience, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A compassionate and positive attitude, with a commitment to getting the best outcomes for all pupils.
