Teaching Assistant job summary

As our Teaching Assistant, you will have worked with or cared for children in a school setting and understand classroom roles and responsibilities. Alongside Level 2 qualifications, you will understand how children develop and learn and have a general understanding of the National Curriculum.

As an effective communicator you will be able to relate well to children and adults, acting as a role model. With your ability to work well within a team you will encourage children to engage in activities led by the teacher and actively promote inclusion of all pupils.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
