Early Years Teacher/ Key Stage 1 Lead and Phonics Lead

Are you an enthusiastic and committed Early Years teacher ready for the next step in your career? If so, we would like to meet you.

Due to our Early Years Teacher venturing overseas, we are looking for an experienced Early Years Teacher to lead our youngest pupils as well as to lead Key Stage 1 and phonics to start in September. The successful candidate must be able to build positive relationships with their pupils and will actively promote the school values – Respect, Responsibility and Resilience. You must also be willing and able to build on our Good OFSTED report (Dec ’22) which stated:

‘Children in Reception get off to a good start. Children learn in a happy, secure environment, where they have warm relationships with staff. Leaders ensure that there is high-quality provision for children’s academic and personal development. Staff prioritise children’s communication and language learning.’
