Teaching Assistant job summary
We are looking to recruit an experienced, aspirational and energetic level 3 teaching assistant to join our large team of support staff. This position is term time only, working 39 weeks per year and 25 hours per week. The working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 3pm. This post is initially on a fixed term contract until 31st August 2026. Please note that this post is suitable only for those applicants who hold a Level 3 suitable qualification, e.g. Level 3 Early Years Educator, BTEC or a diploma in Early Childcare and Education. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting teaching and learning under the supervision of the Class teacher and SENDCo.
- Tracking performance of specified groups of pupils.
- Delivering interventions to support pupil progress.
