We are looking for a talented Teaching Assistant to join our team here at Woodvale Primary Academy.
We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to become a vital part of our school team at Woodvale Primary Academy. We need someone who is more than just a support person; we're seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and resilient individual who shares our commitment to fostering a nurturing and dynamic learning environment.
Are you a great communicator with a genuine love for working with children? Do you thrive on seeing them learn, grow, and achieve their full potential? We want someone who is patient, adaptable, and has the skills to support our pupils to thrive. You'll be a key player in supporting our teachers and providing one-on-one or small-group support to our pupils.
While previous experience working in a school or with children is highly desirable, we're ultimately looking for the right person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, be a reliable team player, and show initiative in their daily tasks. You should be someone who can build positive relationships with both pupils and staff, and is always ready to go the extra mile to make a difference. If you're a compassionate person with a flair for creativity and a deep commitment to education, we'd love to hear from you.
