Lincolnshire Gateway Academies Trust will welcome Kidgate Primary Academy to the Trust in September 2025. As the Trust are already providing management support to the Academy an opportunity has arisen for Teaching Assistants to be seconded to Kidgate Primary Academy in the summer term with a view to transferring across once the Academy joins the Trust.

Due to additional needs within the school, we are looking to appoint experienced, highly motivated, flexible and inspirational qualified Teaching Assistants to join the team as soon as possible.
