Teaching Assistant x 2 job summary

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping children achieve their full potential and who can work effectively alongside class teachers to promote high standards of learning, achievement and wellbeing.

The successful candidates will be highly motivated, caring and committed professionals who are able to support, encourage and appropriately challenge children in their learning. They will demonstrate compassion, patience and consideration in their interactions with pupils, while actively supporting and upholding the school’s Christian ethos and values.

The positions will commence in September 2026.

Applicants must hold a relevant childcare qualification at NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) as a minimum. Experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is required.
