Our students access our post-16 college for three years and leave at the end of Year 14 having been prepared for adulthood and their next steps in that journey. If you are enthusiastic about helping young people gain knowledge and independence, including accessing the local community then this role is for you.

The post is permanent working 35 hours weekly from 8.30am to 4.00pm during term time only. Part-time requests will be considered for a reduced number of days, however the working hours are fixed. You will be provided with a full induction programme to give you the training you need to succeed. You are not required to have any specific Teaching Assistant qualification or school-based experience, just a great attitude!

Please note: you will need a pass in GCSE English and maths (or equivalent) for this role - evidence will be required before we are able to offer an interview.
