Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistants to join our dynamic team here at Noremarsh Junior School. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely alongside class teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support our pupils, this role will also include lunch time supervisory assistant.
The successful applicant, you will:
Have great communication skills along with IT and administrative knowledge.
Be willing to take part in ongoing training and update skills including completing a Vocational Qualification.
Demonstrate discretion to make minor decisions, under the direction of the line manager.
Show emotional resilience, working with children and supporting behaviour management.
Please see below the hours for each role, please be aware both roles will include lunch time cover as MDSA.
1 x Teaching Assistant 22.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday (08:45 – 13:15)
1 x Teaching Assistant, 12.5 hours per week, Thursday & Friday (08:45 – 15:15)
