Are you passionate about supporting students to reach their full potential?

The role does have a teaching commitment, we do welcome applicants with any subject specialism.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a genuine passion for working with young people. Experience in a similar position or a background in education is essential. We have implemented systems that empower our staff to thrive, including a centralised behaviour system, a clear management structure, and ample opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Join us at Sir Herbert Leon Academy, where the commitment to grow strong relationships, prioritising well-being, and striving for excellence in education shapes a community dedicated to the development of every individual.
