Transformational change is underway at Firth Park - and we are looking for passionate individuals who will help drive it through.

Under a new, ambitious Principal, we are expanding our team to introduce Teaching Heads of Year, roles which will support students academically and personally.

We believe great teachers connect with students, understand their individual needs, and inspire their growth. We're looking to harness these skills to deliver exceptional teaching and provide outstanding pastoral care.

This is a terrific opportunity for ambitious educators who are not afraid of a challenge and eager to grow professionally. They will make a meaningful impact and have the vision, determination, and passion to help shape the future of our school.

At Firth Park, we are dedicated to providing an excellent education for every child, in every classroom, every day.

What we're looking for:

* QTS and secondary school teaching experience are essential. While we are particularly interested in Maths, English and Science teachers, we are open to candidates from other subject areas.
* A strong desire to contribute to change and help drive progress.
* A compassionate yet resilient communicator, capable of managing student behaviour, identifying individual needs, and addressing barriers to success.
* Previous pastoral experience is a plus but not required.

This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on the lives of young people.

We want to hear from you if you are ready to take on a role that blends teaching with pastoral leadership and want to be part of an exciting school transformation.

And we do this across each of our 57 schools. As with our students, we want our team to be empowered to do their best work, supported by the best leadership they've ever had.

We acknowledge and appreciate the exceptional efforts of everyone here in making this an incredible organisation.

We offer you:

* Career development and training: Access a wide range of statutory and developmental training to boost your career.

* Our partnership with One World powers our innovative Instructional Excellence Program. We also offer a comprehensive range of CPD programs, including Ambition Institute's Early Career and NPQ offerings, tailored to both individual and network needs.

* Generous benefits: From your pension plan to healthcare and financial support, we've got you covered.

* Lifestyle perks: Enjoy discounted gym memberships, travel deals, and even electric vehicle incentives.
