What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has a real desire to help our students achieve all that they can
- Demonstrates a flexible approach to their duties
- Has experience of working in an education setting with 11 to 16 year olds
- Has a minimum of 2 years experience in an education setting
- Has experience of delivering interventions
- Is confident and proactive
- Enjoys working as a team
- Has excellent organisational skills
- Has values in line with the academy priorities of Aspiration, Integrity and Respect
