What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Has a real desire to help our students achieve all that they can
  • Demonstrates a flexible approach to their duties
  • Has experience of working in an education setting with 11 to 16 year olds
  • Has a minimum of 2 years experience in an education setting
  • Has experience of delivering interventions
  • Is confident and proactive
  • Enjoys working as a team
  • Has excellent organisational skills
  • Has values in line with the academy priorities of Aspiration, Integrity and Respect
