Ashleigh Church of England Primary School is a member of Ventrus, a group of Devon schools who actively collaborate to improve children's outcomes. As a Trust, we offer excellent career and development opportunities.

Our vision statement of ‘Learning to Love; Loving to Learn – Life in all its Fullness’ represents our aim that all members of the Ashleigh community, whether they are children, staff, parents or carers, can develop and flourish. The SIAMs inspection of January 2020 captured what we are about when the inspector said that ‘lives are being transformed here.’ Continuing professional development and an evidence informed approach to practice is at the heart of what we do; we are well supported in this regard by Ventrus, a Multi Academy Trust consisting of schools from across Devon which enables us to access best practice networks from many local and regional schools.

Ventrus is an equal opportunities employer, committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment and an enhanced disclosure is required for this post.
