What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Team Leader to join our Learning Intervention Nurture Centre (The LINC). Supervising a small team of Teaching Assistants you will help to identify training needs and help deliver an excellent provision for SEN and disabled students at Myton School.
Working in a supportive role in a caring environment, you will support the educational, personal and social development of students with varied and sometimes multiple learning barriers and needs in the classroom, in small groups or on a one-to-one basis. This is a rewarding role where you can make a real difference to the achievements of our young people (11–16 years) who need additional support and understanding.
