Temporary Admin Assistant job summary

We are looking for an experienced School Admin Assistant who can support our School Administrator and school community on a temporary fixed term basis.

The hours are 8.30am to 3.15pm Monday to Friday plus one hour lunch break. A variation in the hours and part time will be considered but it will be important to cover the key times of the day for the office. It will be Term Time only, plus Inset Days and until the post holder returns.

We are looking for an Admin Assistant (H2 or H3 depending on experience and skills) who is

  • Keen to work in a multicultural school
  • Confident with ICT including Arbor, Teams and Microsoft Office
  • Able to demonstrate an excellent front of house manner and is committed to serving the local community
  • A team player
  • Happy to work in a child centered environment
  • Able to demonstrate excellent inter-personal and communication skills
  • Flexible
