The successful candidate will:
- be innovative, dynamic teachers who engage the children in their learning

This role involves teaching across school on a regular timetable but can also mean changing timetable at short notice to cover staff absence so organisation and adaptability are key skills.

Lammack Community Primary School is a ‘large school which has a small family feel’ (OFSTED 2022) which is desirable to work at due to the hardworking children, fantastic staff team spirit and excellent environment and facilities. ‘Staff have high expectations of pupils’ behaviour. Pupils behave well around school and are attentive in lessons. They are exceptionally polite and well mannered during social times’ (Ofsted 2022) The school is a Voice 21 Centre of Excellence and so can offer additional CPD opportunities around Oracy.
These positions will give the successful candidates the opportunity to join Lammack during a significant period of expansion. There is currently a year on year increase for the coming 4 years as the school grows from a 2.5 form entry to a 3 form entry school. The successful candidates would be joining the school at the optimum time for future prospects.
