About You

You are a dedicated and organised education professional with a strong focus on literacy and student support. Experienced in delivering structured one-to-one interventions like the Thinking Reading programme, you use assessments effectively to track progress and set appropriate learning goals. You manage behaviour calmly and motivate students to achieve their best.

Collaborative and proactive, you work well with teachers, SENCo, and other staff to provide consistent support. You assist in classrooms, prepare learning materials, and reinforce objectives with individuals and small groups. You’re committed to safeguarding, fluent in spoken English, and eager to contribute to an inclusive and supportive school environment.
