About You

The ideal candidate will be an individual who:

·       Has experience of working as a Thrive HLTA

·       Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

·       Is enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education

·       Is highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload

·       Can work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils

·       Has a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative

·       Can work flexibly and professionally


About Role

We are looking for an experienced Thrive HLTA to join our team, working 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year with the working hours required being 8am to 3pm.  The purpose of this role is to support children using Thrive strategies and support the use of the behaviour policy across the school.
