Timetabler & Admin Support job summary
We are actively searching for an energetic, motivating, and dedicated individual to take charge of constructing and managing the school timetable—a role that holds immense significance within the school community.

Successful candidates will:
- Constructing the Whole School Timetable: This involves creating and maintaining the school timetable, ensuring efficient use of resources, classrooms, and staff.
- Advising the Leadership Team on Curriculum Staffing Needs: The timetabler will provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team regarding staffing requirements for various subjects and courses.
- Creating Timetable Re-writes for Whole School Events: When special events or changes occur, the timetabler will adjust the schedule accordingly to accommodate the entire school community.
- Produce and Analyse Relevant Data for Options Process: Gather and analyse data related to student options, subject choices, and pathways.
- Collating Subject Information for the Options Booklet: Compile accurate and comprehensive information about subjects offered by the school. Organize this information into an Options booklet for students and parents.
