Lealands High School would like torecruit a Train to Teach Teaching Assistant to support class teachersin all aspects of teaching and learning. The successful candidate willenhance opportunities for students and will bring to the role knowledge andpractical experience gained through working with young people. Theability to support the learning of individuals and small groups is essential asare excellent communication skills. This is a contract supporting thespecial educational needs of student with Educational and Health Care (EHC)Plans. Staff employed to this post would be expected to work towardsbecoming a trained teacher within a maximum of five years from initialappointment.
