Trainee ABA Tutor job summary
As a member of a class team, with support and training, to provide excellent ABA practices to children and young people with autism and associated learning difficulties. Trainee Tutor 12‑Month Fixed-Term Contract, with Potential for a Permanent Tutor Role
We’re delighted to offer this opportunity to join us as a Trainee ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) Tutor on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. Throughout your trainee year, you’ll be supported to grow your skills, build confidence, and work towards your own personal achievement, while contributing to the success of our learners.
This development period is designed to be both enjoyable and fulfilling, and a chance to learn from others, discover your strengths, and take pride in the progress you make. We encourage a culture of respect, where every team member feels valued, listened to, and able to bring their own unique approach to the role.
Towards the end of the 12‑month period, we’ll hold a positive and supportive review to reflect on your journey. For those who have shown commitment, growth, and resilience, and where there is a continuing school need, we will be pleased to offer a permanent position as a Tutor. Our aim is to ensure that everyone who joins us has the right development, encouragement, and opportunities to progress toward a meaningful, long-term role within our team.
