Trainee Art Teacher job summary

We are seeking an outstanding graduate with a passion for Art and Creative who will support the delivery of engaging and creative Art lessons while studying towards achieving QTS. You may be a recent graduate, practising artist, designer, Art Technician or aspiring educator with a passion for creativity and education

Key Responsibilities

  • Support teaching and learning within the Art department across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Prepare, organise and maintain art materials, equipment and studio spaces
  • Assist teachers in delivering practical lessons and creative projects
  • Support students during workshops, coursework and portfolio development

Reporting

This role will report into the Head of Art / Assistant Principal (Creative Voice)
