Trainees will be given a fixed term contract over the training period, which is two years, and will divide their time between teaching and learning support duties.
The PGCE training course fees will be paid by the College. We can offer a welcoming and supportive environment in which to do your teacher training. The actual salary will depend on the proportion of time allocated to teaching but we envisage that, for a full-time role, it will be £27,101 approx. In addition to the salary, the College will cover associated costs of the two-year course with the relevant educational establishment.
